What are Supersized plants?

We raise them here at Hensler Nursery. 'Supersized' are plants that are grown in a very low density transplant bed to produce a fully branched tree. Many growers will directly pot these trees. Please review our price list for supersized stock.

We love your testimonials

Mike K. of Wisconsin states, "Again, thank you for your prompt service. After receiving thousands of trees through the years, your trees are wonderful. They are beautiful- just ask our wildlife."

Commitment to Service

Planting seeds is the easy part of being a nurseryman. Raising those tender young seedlings into sturdy plants takes commitment. After tending to their needs as seedlings, we often continue the process of weeding, watering, fertilizing -- nurturing -- another one to two years as they become the sturdy plants you desire.

Commitment to Vocation

Typical of our staff, both Lisa and Scott have had a lengthy relationship with Hensler Nursery. Thirty years ago, Lisa started as a seedling grader and weeder. Today, handling her duties as Secretary, she truly understands the processes we all undertake to produce a quality product for our customers.

As a high school student in 1983, Scott joined us shearing Scotch Pine Christmas trees. Now, you might have met Scott in the spring when he shipped your order, or when he loaded your order into your vehicle. Both Lisa and Scott know the meaning of "hands on."

We treasure the commitment to the methods and procedures that produce quality plants.
