Hensler Nursery Christmas Tree Farm
We are a 300-acre Christmas Tree Nursery in Hamlet, Indiana where we grow beautiful, fresh Christmas trees. You can choose from Fraser Fir, White Pine or Scotch Pine. We also have a Christmas Barn to shop for gifts, and freshly-made live greenery like wreaths, kissing balls, and garland – all made by hand. We are looking forward to celebrating the Christmas Season and making your holidays special.

Come out opening weekend to cut a fresh Christmas tree, stock up on festive decorations and greenery, and enjoy a great start to the holiday season.
Santa will be with us Friday after Thanksgiving Day, then every Saturday and Sunday through the season, pets on leashes are welcome, and we have a variety of food vendors on weekends. Check out all the details below!

Select and Purchase a Christmas Tree
We have several options for you to select a Christmas tree along with convenient ways to checkout and pay.
How to Purchase
Mobile Pay Stations
We have mobile pay stations on the farm so you can easily make your payment in the field or in the main lot.
Information Booth with Mobile Pay Station
On the main lot we have an information booth that will be staffed by our employees to answer questions. You can also make a tree purchase with your ticket.
Shopping, Decorating, and Food
Retail Barns & Food Vendors
Our Christmas Barn and Wreath Barn will be open for our guests to look for thoughtful gifts and purchase handmade wreaths and other greenery. We will also have several outdoor food vendors available.
Christmas Barn
Our Christmas Barn is the perfect spot to look for unique gifts, decor items for your home, and delicious treats.
Wreath Barn
We will have greenery choices of wreaths, swags, centerpieces, and grave pillows. If you would like a custom order on a greenery item, call us prior to coming and we will have that item ready for you. Since custom orders take some time to complete, we are not able to complete many drop-in custom orders. Call our Wreath Barn at 574-249-5008.
Food Trucks
We’re delighted to host food trucks and food events during the Christmas season. From sweet kettle corn and BBQ to coffee and donuts, there’s something for everyone!
Good to Know
No Entry Fee
We do not charge for entry into the farm.
Free Parking
We have plenty of parking conveniently located near the tree lot.
Payment
We accept all major credit cards and have several checkout stations.
Restrooms
Heated restrooms and a handicap accessible restroom are available.
Pets
Pets are welcome, and we request that you keep them on leash.
Food
Outdoor food vendors will sell kettle corn, coffee, and cookies.
